MOTORISED TWO WAY DIVERTOR

Valve boxes are used to manage the flow of loose materials grains pulses oilseeds biomass and pellets which fall by gravity and which are fed to its inlet channel
A valve box is provided with several outlet channels two or three and the transferred material is directed to the selected part of the system located behind the valve box Owing to the drive and the closing flap one of the outlet channels of the valve box is opened while others are closed
Depending on the number of outlets and the shape of the body
Valve boxes are typically painted in the RAL 9003 colour Optionally it is possible to use other colours At the Clients request the devices may be carried out in stainless steel and galvanised versions For safety reasons the valve boxes are provided with guards for moving parts and an inspection flap which allows the dampers condition to be checked
We also manufacture screwed valve boxes which allows for a quick and efficient replacement of components in areas particularly exposed to abrasion by the raw material
